Boyflux is a masculine-aligned nonbinary gender identity that fluctuates in its masculinity. It falls under the genderflux umbrella term, and its feminine counterpart is girlflux. The intensity and frequency of this fluctuation varies from person to person, and can be as often as daily or as infrequent as monthly.

The term was coined in 2015 by Tumblr user Odd Fox.[1] In the 2024 Gender Census, 76 people (0.2% of the total) identified with the term.[2]
