| Hello, the subheadings listing things like Agender and Multigender are not all appearing in the sitemap at the top of the page. I am not sure how to fix that and maintain the bulleting, but if someone knew how to do that, it would be great.

However, list items don't count as a heading, so they don't appear in the table of contents.
