Christopher Soto aka Loma (born 1991) is a poet and activist based in Los Angeles, California. Soto is nonbinary and uses "he" and "they" pronouns.[1] They are a founding editor of the literary journal Nepantla: A Journal Dedicated to Queer Poets of Color in collaboration with the Lambda Literary Foundation. In 2017 he was awarded the Freedom Plow Award for poets "doing innovative and transformative work at the intersection of poetry and social change[2]
