I'm a (strictly ftm / he/him) trans man with "Marion" as my second middle name, a tribute to my name at birth and my great-grandmother who I was named after. I discovered the name "Marion" was masculine spelling sometime before I came about because John Wayne's birthname was Marion and my grandfather was a huge Western fan, ironically so was my great-grandmother who loved his films specifically. Because of this significance it is a tribute to my beloved (deceased) grandfather as well.
