In addition, -philia is a suffix that is used for paraphilias. A paraphilia is an unhealthy/abnormal attraction to anything that isn't an adult human, which also causes concern over this being considered a sexuality as it's on par with pedophilia/pedosexual, autogynephilia,/autogynesexual, and other paraphilias
