Casey Mongillo is a voice actor best known for their role as Shinji Ikari in the Netflix production of Neon Genesis Evangelion[2], for which they were nominated for a Crunchyroll Anime Award.[3]
Before coming out as nonbinary, they had previously come out in 2015 as a transgender woman.[4]
