They are the creator, showrunner, and executive producer of the television series " Lichtenstein " which ran from 2017 to 2019. They are also known for the fantasy novel " the Mary Alice Brandon file " and their work on the comics series " Sierens "

Dana is non-binary and has written about themes like gender dysphoria and not beeing accepted in the modern world.
