Crossdressing (or cross-dressing) is the activity that involves dressing and acting like a person of the opposite gender.[1] Traditionally, most societies have (or have had) strict norms regarding the appropriate clothes and behaviour of each gender. Crossdressing is not a gender identity, and one doesn't have to be transgender in order to be crossdresser.
