Jinkx Monsoon
Jinkx Monsoon is an American drag performer, actor, comedian and singer, known for winning the fifth season of RuPaul's Drag Race. Jinkx uses the pronouns "she/her" when in drag, and "they/them" when not in drag.[1] Jinkx would then go on to win season 7 of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars All Winners, becoming the first queen to win 2 seasons of Drag Race.[2]
In a 2015 facebook post Jinkx stated "I, myself do not identify as cis-gendered. I am genderless."[3] Then in April 2017, they clarified their identity "as more gender fluid or gender ambiguous".[4] In July 2017, they tweeted "I prefer to identify as non-gendered/non-binary. I prefer They/Them."[5] In September 2020, in an interview with Bob the Drag Queen, Jinkx said they are a transfem person.[6]
Jinkx is married to Michael Abbott; they were wedded in January 2021.[7]
