Topic on Nonbinary Wiki talk:Translations

hello!! i hope someone'll see this and be able to help. so i am currently translating the bigender page into portuguese (pt-pt more specifically) but i can't add refs to my translation without getting an unknown error. any1 able to help or indicate what i may be doing wrong/alternatives? am a total wiki noob btw so sorry if this is a dumb question

There are no dumb questions :) What I think might help: 1: This page: https://nonbinary.wiki/wiki/Template:Cite_web/doc 2: keep in mind to frame everything with "[1]". 3: If the 1st two do not work: Might I see the source code you use? (I cannot see it on the page right now)

  1. " and "

thank you so much for your kindness and willingness to help! i'll use your tips tomorrow (as it's late here rn) and i'll make sure to come back here if i'm still struggling :)

Hi! I suggest you keep any tags, like the <ref> </ref> ones, as they are in English, without changing them. Even if their contents look like they can be translated. Sometimes they can be, but when you're just starting out it's better to leave them. Hope this helps, let me know if you need more help!

hey! thank you so much for your help! i'll definitely keep that in mind as i keep working on the translation tomorrow~ i'll come back here if i need more help:) thank u once again!!

oops, anyway i'll come back here if im in need of more help!! tysm everyone. appreciate it a lot~
