Editing Nonbinary union

A union is "a number of persons, states, etc., joined or associated together for some common purpose". Unions are organizations made up of a group of people(s) who share a collective identity and work to advocate for the needs of that identity. An example of this not related to gender is the Industrial Workers of the World ([https://www.iww.org/ IWW]) Union, which is made up of and advocates for industrial workers.

There have been unions derived of those of a certain gender such as the [http://www.cluw.org/index.cfm Coalition of Labor Union Women] (USA) and the [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vietnam_Women%27s_Union Vietnam Women's Union] (Vietnam) have directly advocated for the rights of women as a collective.
