Dyadic is a term used to describe people who are not intersex. It should not be confused with cisgender or binary gender.
Controversy
There is some controversy around the usage of this term [1] [2]. Dyad means two. Dyadic promotes the idea of a dualism for sex: male and female. Although well intended, it may fall short of deconstructing binary of sex and acknowledging the complexity of human biology.
