Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)

• Do they allow no title? Yes

Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA)

• Do they allow no title? Yes, on licence cards and vehicle registration

  • Personal anecdote on lack of title on card and photos of recently issued license card with Mx on it, February 2012.

  • Although the change of details for vehicle registration allows any title, using Mx resulted in the new vehicle registration document (V5) being issued with no title. (May 2015, in the same week they issued me a new licence with Mx.)

National Health Service (NHS)

• Do they allow no title? No.
