I'm ~~more familiar with~~ research writing ~~than~~ encyclopedic writing ~~but am excited to be here~~.

I'm bringing what I can from research writing into encyclopedic writing.

I like ~~getting obsessed with~~ obscure terms with palimpsest histories ~~and learning everything I can about them~~. ~~I'm bringing that in~~ and ~~figuring out how to condense the information into an encyclopedic style~~.

I enjoy diving deep in terms and adding sourced content to them. This includes conceptual terms like [[gender modality]] and obscure terms with palimpsest histories like [[metagender]]. Learning and sharing is immensely rewarding.

I ~~will try to keep~~ other ~~types of essays off-site!~~

Metagender was my trial-by-fire article, teaching myself how to condense dense information into an encyclopedic style while getting to know LGBTQ+ archives and getting re-acquainted with Google Scholar and Google Books.
