    American Airlines

    • Do they allow gender neutral titles? The online booking system doesn't ask for any passenger titles at all.
    • Do they allow no title? Yes.

    Air New Zealand

    • Do they allow any gender neutral titles? Not online, but they'll waive the telephone booking fee if the website doesn't accept your title.
    • Do they allow no title? Unknown.

    Avanti West Coast

    • Do they allow gender neutral titles? Yes.
    • Do they allow no title? Yes - select 'Other' and put a space in the field.

    British Airways

    • Do they allow gender neutral titles? Yes.

    • Evidence: Tweet from Ryan Castellucci, June 2022: "Took about two years, and multiple GDPR complaints, but I finally got @British_Airways to let me use "Mx" as a title."

    • Do they allow gender neutral titles? No, but an issue is raised with their IT dept. Web bookings aren't possible, telephone bookings have to be with a currently-recognised title but with a comment added to the record.
    • Do they allow no title? No.

    • Do they allow gender neutral titles? Yes.
    • Do they allow no title? No.

    • Note: The postal address used to deliver tickets to has its own completely free-form name field which does not require a title.

    Heart of Wales Line Railcard

    • Do they allow any gender neutral titles? Yes.
    • Do they allow no title? Unknown.

    • Note: Railcard can only be applied for in person or on paper form. The Heart of Wales Line is operated by Arriva Trains Wales, whose website requires a title from a restricted list.

    National Express

    • Do they allow no title? Unknown, but it doesn't look like it
