    Hydrogender can be defined as a gender which shares qualities with water, such as currents, or tides. It can also be compared with qualities of water.[1]

    The term Hydrogender was coined on August 31, 2014 by tumblr user atwoodsbow via mogai-archive.[2]

    Flag colour and meaning

    The Hydrogender flag was created on October 3, 2015 by pride-flags on deviantart.[2]

    The colours and patterns on the flag are meant to aesthetically represent the flowing of water.[1]
