Those of us who are not out yet, but who are still just as much a part of this community as anyone else. We see you, and we love you. White: Our rage, white hot and burning at the ways with which we’ve been treated and the injustices faced by us. Searing its way into ourselves and keeping us going even when we feel like we’ve run out of anger in our hearts. Peach: Nonbinary lesbians of color, who have long enough been ignored and gone unseen, and who deserve better. These nonbinary lesbians - especially black nonbinary lesbians - should have their voices at the forefront of our community. Orange: Our love and joy. For each other, for our community, and for ourselves. We are beautiful, we are handsome, we are wonderful, and we deserve better. Raspberry: Protection, the hope that we and everyone we love stays safe. |
