    Mani Bruce Mitchell is an intersex advocate. They are known as the first person in New Zealand to come out as intersex, and in 1997 founded the Intersex Trust Aotearoa New Zealand (ITANZ).[3] They also narrated the award winning intersex documentary Intersexion which has been screened around the world.
