I think it's pushing the term 'legally recognised' a bit. Hijra is not explicitly legally identified based on the given examples. rather 'T' and 'other' and Hijra would fall somewhere beneath the rather wide umbrella.

- Both India and Pakistan enacted anti-discrimination legislation for transgender people. Both explicitly mention this identity as an example of who the legislation applies to. This may be relevant to the "Legal Recognition" section.
