Possible deletion or changing

This term seems to be outdated, and the page doesn't talk about emasculation as a concept. I propose either deleting the page, changing it to reflect it being outdated, or changing the page to reflect emasculation as a concept. We could also make a disambiguation page for emasculation. Is there a different term for the surgical procedure of penectomy-with-orchiectomy than emasculation that has become more popular? If not, I believe the article should keep its current title. I believe it's better for this content to have its own article, so that the main article about bottom surgery stays more like a list of types of surgeries, and doesn't get too detailed about any particular procedure. I believe emasculation-as-a-concept is not particularly relevant to this wiki, and therefore doesn't have a place in this article. However, emasculation-as-a-surgical-procedure is absolutely on-topic for this wiki's resources about physical transition. -Sekhet (talk) 03:20, 15 April 2019 (UTC)

The term for both a penectomy and an orchiectomy is simply a penecotmy if I recall correctly. However even without direct confirmation I think there must be a better phrase, somewhere, because the term "emasculation" simply is not a good one to use in a trans context.
