    Lady Shug is a Diné (Navajo) nonbinary drag queen who was crowned Miss New Mexico Pride 2016.[4] She has appeared on the HBO series We're Here.[5] She also educates healthcare providers in New Mexico and Arizona on being respectful to transgender and nonbinary people.[1]
