    Feminine of center is a queer feminine identity or gender expression. The Safe Zone Project says that feminine of center individuals are "people who present, understand themselves, and/or relate to others in a generally more feminine way, but don't necessarily identify as women".[1] Not all people who are feminine of center will present in a femininine way.[2][3]
