    What are Nonbinary Rights?

    Nonbinary rights are human rights.

These rights apply to all people, and therefor apply to nonbinary people. The rights of nonbinary people, like all minorities, are often violated more often than those who are in the majority. The ways in which these rights are often violated are different than those in other groups. For example, transgender persons can get gender affirming surgery if they get a letter from a therapist (which is something transgender people still have problems getting). However, there are therapists who would write a letter allowing a transgender person to get surgery who would not write one for a nonbinary person.

This is a general list of nonbinary rights, why each right is important to fight for and maintain, and ways to advocate for these rights.
