I wanted to mention a few other options that I know to exist:
Phalloplasty without removal of vagina is also possible, and it can include scrotoplasty too.
Metodoioplasty can also be performed without removal of vagina and can still include scrotoplasty.
I know of one example of the first, who has posted online about it.
I know someone who did the second but was not comfortable posting it online, so I only have seen private photos.
These can be options for trans men or for nonbinary people born with a vagina.
