The India one explicitly mentions "gender-queers". The Pakistan one defines gender identity as "male, female or a blend of both or neither". In 2023, the Japanese Supreme Court ruled that the requirement of sterilization for legal gender reassignment is a violation of the Constitution. No decision has yet been made on the requirement to change the shape of the genitalia. | |||

The Map[edit source]
I have been thinking about creating a map, but I do not know if I should use a map with borders between secondary political divisions or simply country borders. - @Otvm: that's a cool idea. If you know how to edit svg files, I would recommend you using this blank world map. India and Pakistan[edit source]
Hello. Sorry, I don't have time to edit the article myself, but I thought I would mention that both India and Pakistan have enacted anti-discrimination legislation for transgender people, including non-binary people. The India one explicitly mentions "gender-queers". The Pakistan one defines gender identity as "male, female or a blend of both or neither".
