Vulvoplasty (also called "zero depth vaginoplasty"[1]) is a type of surgery that uses skin and tissue from the patient's penis and scrotum to create a vulva (the exterior portion of a vagina, including clitoris and labia). Vulvoplasty does not create a vaginal canal, for that, a full vaginoplasty is required.[2]
Unlike vaginoplasty, the patient does not have to undergo hair removal procedures before a vulvoplasty.[3][1]
